Pumpkin Scones

Preheat oven 160 degrees C.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 4 tbsp. of sugar
  • 3-4 cups of self-raising flour
  • (depending on consistency)1 egg
  • 1 cup of cold mashed cooked pumpkin
  • half a cup of milk

Method

  1. Beat sugar and margarine.
  2. Add egg and milk.
  3. Add pumpkin and mix well.
  4. Add flour and mix.
  5. Knead and cut.
  6. Place on baking tray and put in oven for approx. 20 min.
  7. Remove and cool.
